If are unhappy with your purchase made on the Double Edge Website you may return it to us within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns will only be done on items that are in the same condition as they were sold which is new, unused and suitable for re-sale.  You maybe opt to exchange your item for another item of the same monetary value or receive a full refund in the method of payment used.  The refund applies only to the cost of the item and not any shipping or customs charges. If you wish to do a refund or a return please notify us via email at info@doubleedge.co.za The shipping cost of returning the item to Double Edge is the responsibility of the customer. You will be refunded within 2 weeks after the item is received by us. No returns are permitted after the 14 days have elapsed.

We offer a full warranty on our workmanship. If it breaks, send it to us and we will fix it free of charge as long as the breakage didn’t occur because of neglect or mishap.
